You will collaborate with a proficient bodyshop team, utilizing your expertise in strip and refit, panel repair, chassis alignment, and welding, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional technical skills and meticulous attention to detail across all facets of body repair, ranging from minor filler and plastic repairs to complex structural work. Proficiency in operating various specialized tools and equipment, including dent-pulling and welding systems, is essential, as is the preparation of repaired panels for painting and finishing.A strong commitment to excellence, an eye for detail, and a relentless drive to complete tasks are critical for success in this position. Basic computer literacy is necessary (training will be provided), along with the flexibility to work shifts as needed. A full, clean Class B driving license is a mandatory requirement for this role.
