About the Role
As a Lead Artist, you will embody the brand's ethos and values, serving as a key ambassador. You will blend artistry with commercial acumen to surpass sales targets while fostering enduring customer relationships and showcasing outstanding artistic skills. With a proven history of success at the retail artist level, you will lead by example and mentor retail artist teams towards achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently lead by example to meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
- Enhance brand visibility through effective sharing and demonstration of comprehensive product knowledge.
- Proactively schedule appointments and maximize every consultation opportunity.
- Extend superior customer service beyond the store environment, facilitating customer database growth for direct marketing in line with company policies.
- Inspire the team with exceptional artistry; provide immediate coaching and feedback to elevate the Retail Artists’ skills.
- Exhibit fluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup techniques, language, and product expertise.
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events, ensuring full booking of appointments.
- Actively contribute to counter events and new product launches by sharing innovative ideas.
- Uphold impeccable grooming standards, reflecting your makeup style in line with Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines.
