Okta is looking for an SMB Customer Account Executive to join the Dublin office, focusing on the Benelux region. This role centers on managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, specifically businesses with fewer than 500 employees. The position is part of the Emerging Sales team, which supports Okta’s growth across EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- Create and implement a territory strategy to support customer growth.
- Independently prospect to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities using Okta’s sales methodology, ensuring customer fit and clarifying requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate commercial terms, collaborating with Okta’s legal team on Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements.
- Support customers post-agreement to encourage adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
- Build relationships with reseller and system integrator partners to broaden Okta’s presence in the market.
- Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Travel up to approximately 25% of the time as needed.
- Communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
