Strong technical knowledge of building construction and processes. Familiarity with various measurement methods. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate robust business relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional budgeting and financial forecasting skills. Experience with Buildsoft, CostX, or similar tools is advantageous. Prior experience in data centre projects is a plus.
