Tarro seeks a Director of Operations in Dumaguete to lead initiatives that strengthen business performance. This position centers on improving operational efficiency through data-driven decision making and close collaboration with teams across the company. Role overview The Director of Operations will guide Business Excellence efforts. Using data analysis, visualization, and creative problem-solving, this leader will identify opportunities to refine processes and support smarter decisions. The role involves working with multiple departments to implement improvements that make a measurable impact. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in both cloud and on-premise infrastructures, exhibit an in-depth understanding of data privacy regulations, and have significant expertise in PCI DSS compliance along with other security frameworks.
