Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) for a remote position centered on the management and optimization of multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for overseeing campaign performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering retention.
This position is perfect for individuals with agency experience, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven history of managing multiple client accounts across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Analyze campaign performance and continually optimize for ROI, conversions, and client-specific KPIs
- Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency setting
- Engage directly with clients, offering updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Examine performance data and create actionable reports
- Work collaboratively with internal design and marketing teams to enhance creative output
- Assist in expanding campaigns to additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (if applicable)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience is highly preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- In-depth understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts concurrently
- Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable in client-facing roles and able to establish trust
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
