Reports To: Chief EngineerSupervises: NoneGeneral Purpose:Conduct maintenance and repairs across specialized areas including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Thoroughly clean and maintain all equipment and workstations.Record all parts utilized and identify parts for future procurement.Alert the Chief Engineer to any unsafe conditions.Specific Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure all guest issues are promptly addressed.Monitor HVAC loop temperatures to confirm they are within normal operating ranges.Verify domestic hot water temperatures meet standards.Conduct daily inspections throughout the building for burnt-out lights, breakdowns, blemishes, or other maintenance concerns.Respond to Housekeeping requests for maintenance support.Repair broken furniture as needed.Ensure completion of all work orders.Consult with the Chief Engineer to maintain adequate inventory levels.Replace air and water filters throughout the property.Implement preventative maintenance across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, restaurants, storage, and office areas.Provide assistance to valet services in resolving guest vehicle issues such as jump starts and flat tires.Support guests with internet connectivity problems.Assist other departments as required.
