About You
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background as a Credit Control Supervisor and will showcase exceptional organizational abilities, strong man-management skills, and an aptitude for building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include allocating workloads, efficiently resolving account queries, and ensuring the team remains motivated and engaged. Additional duties include:
- Overseeing credit control and debt collection for high-value accounts
- Resolving escalated customer account queries to facilitate quick debt recovery
- Ensuring each team member is adequately engaged with an appropriate workload
- Leading and motivating a team of Credit Controllers
- Maintaining team aged debtor targets and reporting on KPIs to the UK Finance Manager
