Seasonal Pop-Up Hotels
During the summer months, from June to September, Joivy manages various properties across the UK and Europe, transforming them into short-term seasonal hotels.
Role Overview
The primary objective of the Front Desk Supervisor is to guarantee guests receive an outstanding experience, fostering trust and encouraging repeat visits. You will lead the Front Desk team at the designated hotel or cluster, greeting guests, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and delivering prompt, professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
