About the Role
Are you currently pursuing a level 4 secondary education in Hospitality Management and seeking an internship? As an F&B Management Intern, you will become an integral part of our Food & Beverage department, engaging in both operational and managerial tasks. Your responsibilities will include supporting the F&B team in daily operations while analyzing processes, brainstorming improvements, and taking the lead on small projects. You will receive mentorship from seasoned F&B professionals dedicated to your growth.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations across the restaurant, bar, room service, and events
Support scheduling, inventory management, and ordering processes
Analyze guest satisfaction and contribute ideas for service enhancements
Prepare and potentially oversee small projects or events
Actively contribute to an exceptional guest experience
