We are seeking a Restaurant Manager / Head Waiter who plays a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurant. In this position, you will be the main point of contact on the floor, overseeing service quality and ensuring both guests and colleagues can rely on structure, professionalism, and personal attention.

Your Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager / Head Waiter, you will be visibly present on the floor, ensuring smooth service flow. You will combine hospitality with oversight, direction, and a keen eye for detail.
Your tasks will include:
Leading, guiding, and motivating the service team.
Maintaining service quality, guest experience, and overall ambiance.
Acting as the first point of contact for guests and colleagues on the floor.
Conducting briefings, task distribution, and preparing for service.
Identifying areas for improvement and actively contributing to efficient workflows.
Training and onboarding new colleagues.
Contributing ideas on service, presentation, upselling, and guest satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with house rules, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
Participating in service and setting a good example.
Helping to foster a professional, positive, and guest-oriented work atmosphere.
About You
You are an experienced and presentable hospitality professional with a natural authority. You know how to lead a team positively while maintaining oversight, even during busy service periods. You have a sense of hospitality, quality, and commerce, and you believe that the details matter.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, brasserie, or similar environment.
Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role in service.
The ability to maintain calm, oversight, and structure on the floor.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
An eye for guest experience, quality, and commercial opportunities.
A hands-on mentality and a willingness to actively participate.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
