Your Role: Relationship Manager and Growth Accelerator
As a Commercial Internal Sales Representative, you will be the commercial core connecting schools, after-school care centers, and our creative community. You will ensure seamless operations while continuously identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase impact. You will keep a keen overview, spot opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies, seeing how a single project can evolve into a long-term collaboration.
With courage, you will blend service, relationship management, and commercial growth, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and Qrabbl community members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor your own KPIs and analyze results, such as the completion rate of our projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Qrabbl community members, maintaining active communication (both phone and digital).
- Collaborate with our Regional Managers: they attract new clients while you nurture existing relationships.
- Ensure daily planning is on point and have a clear understanding of ongoing activities. You will create perfect matches (both short and long-term).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and convert these into additional projects.
- Actively track client signals to provide optimal assistance and create commercial opportunities.
- In summary: you combine service with sales and relationship management with results.
