Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support.Essential FunctionsChampion safety by ensuring that all team members are equipped with and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Lead and oversee both Enprotech and customer personnel during maintenance and repair operations.Act as a key liaison at customer sites, coordinating daily tasks and planning activities.Assemble, repair, and rebuild manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications.Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and other documentation to accurately assemble equipment.Disassemble and reassemble metal forming presses, including tasks like rigging, fitting, scraping, and grinding.Install lubrication systems, including blocks, lines, and plumbing for pneumatics and hydraulics.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic lubrication systems to restore functionality.Align machines using various tools and equipment, including hoists and jacks.Utilize hand tools effectively, including ratchets, impacts, torque wrenches, and hydraulic jacks.Ensure all parts are prepared and free of defects prior to assembly.Conduct quality checks to guarantee compliance with quality standards using inspection tools.Operate small lathes and mills for part finishing and key-making.Operate cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment safely and effectively.
