Basic computer proficiency and effective communication skills with leadership (written, electronic, and verbal). Preferred candidates will possess experience in customer service management, hospitality leadership, and cash management. No suspensions within the last 60 days. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee breaks and shift operations to ensure smooth task completion for the next shift. Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to maintain appropriate staffing levels daily. Communicate employee performance metrics and any policy violations to the Leadership Team. Exemplify excellent coaching, communication, and team-building skills. Maintain respectful relationships with all employees while providing guidance and feedback. Comprehend each key position within kitchen operations thoroughly. Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
