Schedule (Open Availability Highly Preferred): 10 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday - Thursday Hourly Pay: $17 As a Security Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility, associates, customers, and inventory. Serving as the initial point of contact at our gates, you will represent Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will include enforcing egress and ingress protocols, being familiar with emergency procedures, and assisting when necessary. You will also contribute to our Inventory Control measures to maintain order and security. A Day in the Life: Oversee and accurately document vehicle traffic entering and exiting the Inspection Center. Act as the face of Carvana, interacting positively with associates, vendors, and visitors. Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and customers, ensuring active listening and constructive dialogue. Conduct regular patrols of the Inspection Center and surrounding facilities, noting any security or safety issues. Receive training and certification in first aid, CPR, and AED to assist in emergencies. Collaborate with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to fulfill badge requests, CCTV reviews, and other tasks. Maintain a proactive approach to incident response, familiarizing yourself with our protocols. Utilize our Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID Technology effectively. Vehicle Condition Associate I Pay Range: $18-$19 Position Overview: As an entry-level Vehicle Condition Associate at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in assessing, documenting, and maintaining the status and appearance of our wholesale inventory. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle to identify mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues. Strong attention to detail. Physical ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to drive frequently. Comfortable working outdoors continuously in various weather conditions. Ability to tolerate fumes or odors from vehicles under maintenance.
