Your Role:
As an Office Manager Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our Physical Therapy Centers. You will assist Physical Therapists and Office Managers in various administrative tasks, embodying the welcoming face of SportsMed. Your Responsibilities Include:
· Welcoming patients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
· Enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing service delivery by effectively scheduling appointments.
· Maintaining accurate patient records to ensure seamless access to treatment information.
· Keeping appointments on track by notifying providers of patient arrivals and managing service schedules.
· Managing patient accounts by collecting and updating personal and financial data.
· Facilitating revenue collection through accurate charge recording and third-party claim expeditions.
· Upholding patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations.
· Supporting operational efficiency by adhering to established policies and procedures.
· Contributing to a collaborative team environment by achieving related objectives as needed.
Your Qualifications:
