Position Context
This position is open for a replacement. The Accounting Assistant / Secretary handles accounting entries, greets visitors and callers, and manages administrative tasks for the site. The role also supports group communications and contributes to the company's digital development.
What the Day Looks Like
- Enter accounting transactions accurately and efficiently
- Welcome clients and visitors in person and by phone
- Organize and manage administrative duties for the office
- Assist with internal and external communications
- Support digital initiatives within the company
What We Look For
- Comfort with office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in accounting
