Compensation
- $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
- Quarterly bonus potential up to $2,100 annually

What You Will Do
The Client Experience Manager role includes three main areas of focus:
Client Service
- Show available storage units to prospective customers
- Rent units and assist clients with their storage needs
- Promote merchandise and additional services
Facility Operation
- Open and close the facility
- Keep all areas clean and well-presented
- Inspect lockers regularly
- Clean the office and communal spaces
- Ensure trucks are maintained, clean, and organized
Sales
This position calls for strong sales skills and the ability to clearly communicate the value of XYZ Storage’s services to potential customers comparing their options.
