Role overview
The Vehicle Data Specialist works onsite at the vehicle reconditioning facility in Etobicoke, Ontario. This role focuses on preparing vehicles for sale by making sure each car is described accurately and listed correctly in the inventory system. Daily tasks include identifying vehicle features, confirming trim levels, and uploading key data. The position may also support other production teams, such as detailing, shuttling, or inspections, as needed.
This role fits someone who handles repetitive work well, pays close attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy under production deadlines.
What you will do
- Manually identify and record features for each vehicle
- Confirm the correct trim level using feature information
- Enter data from documents, such as CarFax reports and vehicle specifications, into the inventory system
