Compensation Hourly pay for this Logistics Associate role at Carvana in Eugene, OR starts at $17 to $19 per hour. Earn an additional $0.50 per hour after 12 months by completing your first certification. Receive another $0.50 per hour after an additional 6 months with your second certification. Add $1 per hour by completing training on loading and unloading stingers. Progress toward a Class A CDL through the Loader to Driver program. The role is individual contributor level and based in Eugene, OR. Main Responsibilities Track vehicle locations and resolve inventory issues using handheld scanners Receive, organize, locate, and stage vehicles on the lot according to safety and process guidelines Conduct multi-point inspections and complete detailed inspection reports Meet established processing and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and work areas Operate company vehicles safely Refuel inventory vehicles as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile devices Works well in a team and communicates professionally with customers, managers, and coworkers Can safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed Physical Requirements Walk 5 to 10 miles during each shift Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat Frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift
