Role Overview: Physician Liaison / Provider Partnerships Manager
The Physician Liaison / Provider Partnerships Manager plays a key role in driving patient leads through outreach and local partnerships. The main goal is to increase patient referrals to Alpaca Health by building strong, ongoing relationships with healthcare providers, especially primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
What You Will Do
Representing Alpaca Health in the community, this role focuses on growing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, diagnostic specialists, schools, and community organizations. The aim is to ensure a steady flow of appropriate client referrals for partner providers.
This position suits someone who enjoys building trust, values long-term partnerships, and feels comfortable engaging with the community in person on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities: Research and find new provider partner leads.
- Connect and convert: Reach out to potential leads and help them become active referral partners.
- Foster and strengthen relationships: Maintain and deepen existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful follow-up.
