Role: Referral Partnerships ManagerIn this role, you will be instrumental in generating patient leads through community engagement and strategic partnerships.Your primary objective as the Referral Partnerships Manager will be to increase patient referrals to Alpaca Health by forging and maintaining robust relationships with healthcare provider partners.Ideal partners include primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who can refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnostic services. What You’ll DoAs the face of Alpaca Health in the community, you will cultivate and expand referral networks with physicians, diagnosticians, educational institutions, and local organizations. This ensures a consistent flow of qualified client referrals for our partner providers.This position suits someone with a passion for relationship building, an understanding of the significance of trust in healthcare referrals, and the motivation to actively engage in the community throughout the week.You will take complete ownership of developing relationships with Alpaca Health's provider partners. While your creativity in engagement strategies is welcomed, your core responsibilities will include:Identifying Opportunities: Proactively research and identify new provider partner leads.Connecting and Converting: Engage with potential leads and activate them as referral partners.Nurturing Relationships: Continuously strengthen existing partnerships through regular visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions.
