The Dun & Bradstreet Enterprise Sales Development Program is a comprehensive, onsite rotational initiative aimed at rapidly advancing the careers of early-stage sales professionals over a 12–18-month timeframe. Participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience through structured rotations across both Sales and Post-Sales functions, along with exposure to D&B systems, product offerings, and sales methodologies. From day one, associates will take on substantial business responsibilities. Throughout the program, participants benefit from mentorship, tailored training, and continuous performance feedback, engaging with sales leaders and cross-functional teams. This program is strategically designed to cultivate a robust internal talent pipeline, enhance long-term retention, and equip participants for successful transitions into permanent sales or customer-facing roles at Dun & Bradstreet.
