We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Control Facility Trainer to support our executive program team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment and effectively collaborating with a multi-contractor government team. The Technical Control Facility Trainer plays a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence and readiness of all technical control facilities. This position requires a highly competent individual who is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive training program that encompasses all facets of technical control operations, including secure and non-secure voice, data, optical, record, and digital message traffic services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the training program for technical control staff managing the Primary Technical Control Facility (PPTCF) and alternate facilities.Design and execute training plans while ensuring compliance with DISAC 310-70-1 standards through regular training sessions.Manage the Technical Control training lab, ensuring it is equipped with appropriate equipment and practical scenarios for hands-on training.Conduct weekly in-person training sessions in the Tech Control training lab, simulating real operational environments and troubleshooting scenarios.Track and monitor training progress for all personnel to ensure adherence to training requirements.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure training is aligned with operational needs and industry best practices.Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Client Leadership detailing the training status of all personnel.Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and procedures at all times.Ensure that the Tech Control training lab is correctly configured and maintained, with all circuit and transport equipment updated and tested prior to deployment in operational settings.
