This is a full-time position, and we are seeking candidates who are based in our core territory and are willing to spend five days a week in the field.
Role: Referral Partnerships Manager
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating patient leads through community outreach and local partnerships. Your primary goal will be to enhance patient referrals to Alpaca Health by developing and nurturing relationships with our healthcare provider partners.
What You’ll Do
The Referral Partnerships Manager will represent Alpaca Health in the community, fostering and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to create a reliable stream of suitable client referrals for our partner providers. This position is perfect for someone who excels in relationship-building, understands the critical nature of trust in healthcare referrals, and possesses the enthusiasm to engage actively in the community throughout the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Spotting Opportunities: Identify potential provider partners through proactive research and outreach.
- Connecting & Converting: Initiate contact with leads and activate them as referral partners.
- Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions.
