This is a full-time role. We seek candidates located within our core territory, ready to spend 5 days a week in the field.
Role: Referral Partnerships Manager
In this position, you will play a crucial role in generating patient leads through community outreach and local partnerships.
Your primary objective as the Referral Partnerships Manager will be to enhance patient referrals to Alpaca Health by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare provider partners. These partners include primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who refer patients to us for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
What You’ll Do
As the Provider Partnerships Manager, you will represent Alpaca Health in the community, cultivating and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a consistent flow of well-suited client referrals for our partner providers.
This role is tailored for individuals who excel in relationship-building, recognize the significance of trust in healthcare referrals, and possess the enthusiasm to engage with the community throughout the week.
You will have complete ownership of establishing relationships with Alpaca Health's provider partners. Creativity is encouraged in designing your engagement strategies, while your core responsibilities will include:
Identifying Opportunities: Proactively research and prospect for new provider partner leads.
Connecting & Activating: Engage with leads and onboard them as referral partners.
Nurturing Relationships: Regularly engage existing partnerships through in-person visits, email communications, and thoughtful interactions.
