School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Fort Worth, TX
About the Role
Thrive Therapies is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in Tarrant County for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a school-based, on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas. Full-time, part-time, contract, and PRN schedules are available.

What You Will Do
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and provide IEP-driven therapy for students.
- Track student progress using up-to-date tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and special education teams.
- Foster early intervention and ensure equitable services for all students.
Schedule Options
- Full-time and part-time roles available
Compensation
- $40–$46 per hour (1099 contract)
