Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Operational Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve circuit-level issues, particularly during testing and activation phases, collaborating with the Network Engineering team on major project rollouts and daily operational support tasks.Inventory & Documentation: Maintain an accurate inventory of all active circuits, documenting critical details such as IDs, physical locations, associated costs, and contract expiration dates.
