Self-motivated and independent, able to manage ambiguity and prioritize work without close supervision. Strong communication skills, especially when presenting complex research to varied audiences. Comfortable balancing qualitative insights with quantitative data analysis. Portfolio or examples of previous research work, whether academic or professional. Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B SaaS products or the fintech industry. Familiarity with Qualtrics, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
