Your tasks may vary between independent projects and collaborative efforts with other CIC staff members. Your responsibilities may include:• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with CIC clients, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and personalized responses to their inquiries and needs.• Creatively and effectively addressing a range of client requests, from office rearrangements to event organization.• Managing and replenishing supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, as well as overseeing the maintenance of standard systems like print stations and conference room equipment.
