About the RoleEnsure timely and professional responses to all incoming calls.Fulfill all duties and responsibilities related to the NDLSFO in accordance with appropriate procedures and performance agreements.Process appointments and cancellations for NDLS customers.Always adhere to the 8 Principles of Data Protection.Be familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scripts.Ensure meticulous compliance with all organizational procedures and scripts.Manage confidential information securely and in line with Record Management and Data Protection guidelines.Serve as a role model and demonstrate SGS values.Foster and maintain positive relationships with employees.Complete daily administrative tasks.Adhere strictly to the Company’s Code of Professional Conduct and Integrity.Project a professional image of the company through appropriate attire and presentation.Ensure safe staff conduct regarding health and safety for yourself, colleagues, and clients, in accordance with company policies.Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity and act in accordance with SGS Ireland's Equality & Diversity Policies.
