Availability: Candidates must be fully flexible and available for midweek and weekend shifts year-round.
Role Overview: As a Sports Advisor, you will be the ambassador of our brand, responsible for driving sales and creating a memorable in-store experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide every customer with a personalized and positive shopping experience.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of our product range (visit www.elverys.ie) and ongoing promotions.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products, maximizing sales opportunities.
Actively contribute to achieving our sustainability goals by implementing all related policies and initiatives.
Utilize in-store tools such as Assisted Selling, Safesize, e-receipts, and radio systems effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized store and support areas that are easy for customers to navigate.
Restock shelves, rails, fixtures, and displays with our exceptional products and specialist brands.
Assist with stock deliveries and handling.
Stay vigilant regarding store security, monitoring for potential theft and adhering to security protocols.
Take charge of your personal development by actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
Manage the checkout process and handle financial transactions, leaving customers with a positive final impression.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential.
Prior experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction is highly desirable.
Experience in a retail environment with a reputable brand is a plus but not mandatory.
