Execute body repairs utilizing welding, cutting, and specialized tools. Replace and repair damaged panels, doors, hoods, and glass as necessary. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the repair process. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace. Deliver exceptional customer service through high-quality workmanship and timely repair completions. Qualifications: Valid automotive technician license and/or Red Seal certification preferred. Proven experience in collision repair is essential. In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
