CSN Collision in Gananoque is on the lookout for a talented Body Shop Licensed Technician to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will carry out top-notch collision repairs, ensuring that every task adheres to strict safety and OEM standards. Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate vehicle damage and identify appropriate repair techniques.
- Execute body repairs utilizing welding, cutting, and specialized tools.
- Replace and repair damaged panels, doors, hoods, and glass as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the repair process.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through high-quality workmanship and timely repair completions.
Qualifications:
- Valid automotive technician license and/or Red Seal certification preferred.
- Proven experience in collision repair is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
