Support Worker Requirements:
- Work on a rota system across 7 days with shifts typically from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, subject to service user needs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as per the rota.
- Strong self-awareness and resilience, along with a proactive and committed work ethic.
- Ability to use initiative while working collaboratively with a team to ensure consistent support.
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging and supporting individuals to lead active lives.
- Assisting with morning routines, including dressing and personal hygiene.
- Providing help with bathing and toileting as necessary.
- Supporting individuals with mobility challenges and other physical disabilities.
- Promoting mental and physical engagement through conversation, activities, and hobbies.
- Assisting with meal preparation, serving, and feeding those who need help.
- Supporting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining tidy living spaces.
