As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
We seek passionate and compassionate individuals who are committed to helping children with autism thrive. Candidates should demonstrate patience and teamwork skills. No prior experience is necessary as we provide extensive training to empower you in this rewarding role. However, physical agility is essential; you should be comfortable with activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds.
