Centria Autism seeks a Behavior Technician in Gresham, Oregon to support children with autism as they build skills for everyday life. This position involves working closely with both children and their families, using individualized treatment plans to encourage progress and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children diagnosed with autism in a one-on-one setting
- Follow treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Engage children using play and structured activities
- Collaborate with families and the care team to provide consistent support
- Assist children in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
Training and Development
No prior experience is necessary. Centria Autism offers thorough training for new Behavior Technicians, along with ongoing guidance from experienced BCBAs to support continued learning and professional growth.
