- Ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the branches in your area are met effectively.
- Driving the growth of branch portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment processes, partner service, and support in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Implementing strategies for branch operations and management in your designated area.
- Ensuring that all branch office administration is thorough and organized.
- Guaranteeing smooth operational functionality of branch offices, including necessary permits, infrastructure, and inventory.
- Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
- Facilitating optimal performance among staff through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Managing human resources to ensure effective branch operations in the region.
- Supporting the successful execution of Amartha's expansion plans.
- Maintaining portfolio quality that aligns with Amartha's objectives and management expectations during audits.
