Join Our Team: BILLING SPECIALIST in Guatemala!
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Fully Remote
Are you meticulous and experienced in billing? We are on the lookout for a talented Billing Specialist to assist with invoicing, collections, and provider payments for our innovative Hint Connect product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly billing processes and conduct invoice reconciliations.
- Generate and issue invoices and adjustments for clients and providers.
- Monitor incoming payments and actively follow up on any outstanding balances.
- Address non-payment issues promptly to ensure timely collections.
- Manage payments to provider affiliates.
- Maintain precise client account records and update the Hint platform as necessary.
- Adhere to billing schedules and consistently meet critical deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in billing or invoicing.
- Unmatched attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills and accountability.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
