Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in conducting their own ceremonies, providing the necessary tools and guidance to ensure meetings are team-led, productive, and focused on delivering value.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles, helping the team to develop, own, and refine effective processes that consistently deliver value.
- Enhance transparency by maintaining clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts, flow metrics), making the team's progress and challenges easily understood.
- Coach the team towards greater self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
