Are you ready to elevate your career in construction project management? Whether you're seeking your next challenge or looking to advance your mid-career expertise, we have an exciting opportunity for you!At Essel Environmental, we are searching for a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in managing mid to large-scale construction projects.Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 annuallyAs a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects in various sectors, including:Colleges and UniversitiesK-12 Construction with DSA oversightSpecialized sectors (OSHPD, etc.)Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing plans and specifications for accuracy, preparing General Conditions, and establishing baseline schedules for subcontractors or self-performing teams.Tracking project costs and managing all change management processes, RFIs, and owner pay applications.Overseeing shop drawings and submittals, drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, managing subcontractor relationships, and conducting regular job site coordination meetings.Managing client relationships and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.Assisting in establishing a field office in the Bay Area and leading a team.
