Join the Investor Operations team as a key player, delivering exceptional client service while ensuring strict compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the quality control review process of daily deliverables, adhering to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash management protocols.
- Act as the primary contact for daily client inquiries, aiming to fulfill deliverables within established service level agreements and escalating issues as necessary.
- Handle queries from clients, investors, fund managers, or internal departments with a high standard of quality, while supporting team members in their responses.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues based on experience, enhancing team performance in daily tasks and processes.
- Engage in regular team meetings to share insights and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Support management in departmental initiatives, project execution, and risk management strategies.
