Deliver comprehensive fund accounting and administration solutions to private market clients, which includes the preparation and review of Net Asset Values (NAV), custody services, and investor record management and reporting.Lead and mentor a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide training on all aspects of the NAV process.Collaborate with key stakeholders such as banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to facilitate seamless service provision and timely NAV completion.Oversee the approval of fee schedules, including management fees and carried interest calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant fund documentation.Review and endorse investor allocations for each NAV cycle.Address client inquiries and provide prompt responses.Review and sign off on all schedules, reports, and files ensuring adherence to organizational controls.Manage resource allocation to ensure that all tasks are executed effectively and Service Level Agreements are fulfilled.Authorize payments for fund expenses using applicable banking systems while ensuring compliance with internal controls.Assist in the preparation and review of audited financial statements and the annual audit process.Review regulatory reporting for compliance.Develop fund or client-specific procedures covering all service aspects; ensure adequate cross-training and coverage for all client services.Contribute to the expansion of the local office.Generate innovative ideas to enhance the NAV process, improve technology, and optimize client reporting.Participate in various system initiatives and projects.This is a newly established position.
