Previous experience in Social Media or Marketing is not required for our administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our management team to organize daily tasks and perform secretarial duties.
Manage organizational topics within the company to support business development.
Perform classic administrative tasks such as processing documents, writing invoices, managing orders, maintaining master data, overseeing payments, and executing transfers.
Handle organizational and planning tasks, including coordinating business trips and customer appointments for management.
Compose emails, letters, and minutes, and manage phone communications with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Salary: Executive Assistant - Full-Time (m/f/d): €3,700 gross per month.
