At our location in Hannover (near the Expo area with excellent public transport connections), we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer support
Collaboration with field sales representatives
Maintenance of master data in SAP
Preparation of sales evaluations, statistics, and reports
Creation and tracking of quotes
Handling of complaints
Processing of charges and invoices, as well as clarification of open items
Sending samples
Acting as a liaison between logistics, supply chain management (SCM), and customer dispatchers
