Role Overview
As Head of Performance Marketing & Growth (m/w/d) at bahmanncoaching in Hannover, the full marketing portfolio falls under your responsibility. This covers paid advertising, funnel management, copywriting, and strategic planning. The role calls for someone who values autonomy, works data-driven, and knows how to turn budgets into measurable growth. Proven experience in scaling campaigns profitably is essential.
Main Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Scaling
Oversee all paid channels, including Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Search. Decide where to invest the budget, test new creatives, analyze performance, and scale what delivers results. Manage multiple campaigns at once and keep a clear overview to make informed calls. -
Funnels & Copywriting
Build and optimize funnels such as VSLs, book funnels, webinars, lead magnets, and email sequences. Write conversion-focused copy for video sales letters, emails, sales pages, and ad hooks. Base decisions on data, not gut feeling. -
Strategy & Team Coordination
Set the strategic direction. Coordinate the creative team, supervise the Google Ads freelancer, and collaborate closely with the CTO and IT team. Weekly KPIs and monthly strategy reviews with Jan help steer company growth.
