Deine Aufgaben:Leite operativ einen dynamischen Store in Hannover mit über 30 Mitarbeitern.Optimiere die Arbeitsabläufe, indem du die Produktivität des Stores überwachst und sicherstellst, dass alle KPIs, wie Lieferzeiten und Kommissioniergenauigkeit, eingehalten werden.Erstelle die wöchentliche Personaleinsatzplanung und implementiere eine effiziente Personal- und Ressourcenplanung.Rekrutiere, führe und entwickle dein Team (Schichtleiter, Ops Associates und Rider) mit dem Ziel, eine exzellente Team-Performance und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit zu erreichen.Stelle die Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien sowie der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.Verantwortlich für das gesamte Lager-Management und alle zugehörigen Prozesse.Sei ein Vorbild für deine Mitarbeiter und demonstriere deine Hands-on-Mentalität durch aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft.
