Weekday shifts: Each person covers one or two days, 06:00–14:00 ICT, supporting Asia-Pacific business hours and bridging US/EU operations. Team members coordinate schedules and may swap shifts as needed. Assigned weekly hours range from 24 to 32, depending on the schedule.
