By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Phillips' reputation as the premier supplier of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers to address complex manufacturing challenges with Hybrid solutions.Design and implement innovative additive and subtractive strategies using Haas Hybrid platforms to optimize precision and efficiency.Create, simulate, and validate advanced CNC and DED toolpaths to ensure smooth integration from design to production.Provide hands-on training to customers and internal teams to foster successful adoption and enhanced productivity.Conduct both on-site and remote demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and test cuts to exhibit the full potential of Haas Hybrid solutions.Continuously investigate and refine state-of-the-art additive and subtractive processes, tooling, and materials.Develop scalable process templates for common applications to drive customer success.Assess the impact of various build parameters on metallurgical properties, bonding strength, porosity, and accuracy.Translate findings into practical application guides and training materials.Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.Create in-depth application reports, case studies, and technical content to support sales efforts and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:Expertise in CAD/CAM software, with Siemens NX being essential.Proven experience operating CNC machines, specifically 3, 4, and 5 axis (Haas controls preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of machine tool operations and strategies.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing abilities.A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and delivering exceptional customer service.Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) to customer sites via road and air, both nationally and internationally, primarily Monday through Friday.
