As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one sessions with children, applying tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing proven, evidence-based methodologies, you'll help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. Keep in mind that this role can be physically demanding, as children may be unpredictable. Grounded in our core values of empathy, innovation, enthusiasm, and the relentless pursuit of excellence, we empower each other to achieve our fullest potential.Primary Responsibilities:As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your primary duties will include:Leading troubleshooting efforts and making adjustments to control systems to ensure the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems.Maintaining property assets as directed by management, focusing on advanced tasks requiring specialized skills in apartment maintenance.Promptly addressing any deficiencies identified during preventative maintenance inspections.Collaborating closely with Maintenance Technicians to execute the community's Preventative Maintenance Program.Providing exceptional customer service.Responding to all maintenance requests within a 24-hour timeframe.Ensuring effective and professional follow-up with residents, vendors, and the property management team regarding all maintenance services rendered.Staying updated on all relevant building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws, ensuring compliance with company, local, city, state, and federal regulations.Willingness to work weekends or evenings and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
