The residents are diverse and have varying care needs. The intensity of support fluctuates, and each resident has their own daily program. In moments of uncertainty or overwhelm, residents may express challenging behaviors. As a Residential Caregiver, you will navigate these situations while fostering a joyful environment for the residents.As a staff member at Hartekamp Estate, you will have the flexibility to work across both residential and day care settings, contributing to the varied and meaningful support of our clients.
